One Elective Course

The students will select an elective course based on their work field and preferences from a couple of courses related to food processing technology, food biotechnology, food preservation, and food defense.

For the elective course, the student can choose one course from a list of available elective courses, which are:

  1. Food processing technology: milk and dairy food (FSMEC1)
  2. Food processing technology: muscle food (FSMEC2)
  3. Food processing technology: plant food (FSMEC3)
  4. Food biotechnology (FSMEC4)
  5. Food packaging (FSMEC5)
  6. Food preservation (FSMEC6)
  7. Food defense (FSMEC7)
  8. Food additives (FSMEC8)
