Teaching Assistant Ms. Aya Attia Successfully Defends Her MSc Thesis
With great pride we are glad to announce that today Ms. Aya Attia has successfully defended her master's thesis entitled "Identification of Differentially Expressed Genes in Human Colorectal Cancer using RNA-seq Data with Real-Time PCR Validation".
Ms. Aya is a teaching assistant at NU School of Biotechnology and enrolled for the Informatics MSc program at NU School of Information Technology and Computer Science under the supervision of Prof. Walid Altabany, Dr. Mohamed Elhadidi, Dr. Asmaa Abushady, and Dr. Maha Salah Eldin.
Her defense was praised by the examination committee and the audience exemplifying her excellent work.
