Dr. Maria Iasmina Moza Gives a Seminar on the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve

The School of Biotechnology was honored to host a captivating lecture by Dr. Maria Iasmina Moza, Assistant Professor of Microbiology at the University of Bucharest, Romania. Co-hosted with the special guest, Prof. Ahmed Abdel-Azim, Professor of Mycology at the Botany and Microbiology Department at the Faculty of Science, Suez Canal University, the seminar provided a deep dive into the ecological dynamics of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve and the potential environmental threats posed by Cyanobacteria. This provided students with valuable insights into the complex interactions within this vital ecosystem and the environmental challenges faced worldwide.
