Workshop on Career Choices in Biotechnology

We are delighted to invite you to an engaging workshop hosted by the NU School of Biotechnology. The workshop, titled "Navigating Career Choices in Biotechnology: Academia vs. Industry," will feature two distinguished experts in the field:
- Dr. Mohannad Dardiry: A recipient of the EIPOD-LinC fellowship, currently serving as a postdoctoral fellow at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg University (Germany) and Geneva University (Switzerland).
- Dr. Rana Elbaz: A graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biotechnology, and the head of the Protein Characterization Unit at Minapharm.
While Dr. Mohannad and Dr. Rana have pursued distinct career paths, both have achieved remarkable success in the diverse world of biotechnology. This workshop will provide valuable insights into the decision-making process for choosing between academia and industry, with a special focus on the rapidly evolving domain of biosimilars.
