The Quality Assurance Unit Holds a SWOT Analysis Workshop

The Biotechnology School held a comprehensive SWOT Analysis Workshop as a key step in the development of its 5-year Strategic Plan (2025-2029). Led by the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU), the session provided valuable insights into strategic planning processes and the importance of assessing the school’s current state. Faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff actively participated in identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the school. This collaborative effort will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction and success of the School of Biotechnology.
