The School of Biotechnology Collaboration with Alexandria University to Design the First Online Pharmacogenomics Diploma and MSc Program in Egypt

Nile University joined a consortium funded by ERASMUS and lead by Alexandria University to design and implement the first online pharmacogenomics diploma and MSc program in Egypt. The consortium hosts other renowned universities, academic institutions and NGOs in Egypt, Lebanon and Europe including: the Children Cancer Hospital 57357, Al Alfi Foundation, American University of Beirut, Beirut Arab University, Oviedo University, Kiel University CAU, New Castle University, Democritus University of Thrace, and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.

Nile University will contribute to the diploma through its expertise in bioinformatics and the latest online learning technology to help make the diploma accessible to students all over the Middle East irrespective of where they live and study. The pharmacogenomics diploma will launch at the end of 2023.
